  1. Dear Sir/Madam.

    I am not sure this is the right email address however I would just like to pass my thanks on belief of my mother..
    My mother travelled on Flight BE6024 from Southend to Rennes Airport on Friday 2nd February 2018,a few weeks ago she had fallen and sustained a broken arm and bruises and has only just recovered although her arm is still in a cast, but well enough to travel to Rennes, and she would like me to pass on her utmost gratitude to the cabin crew on that flight especially the male flight attendant who she says took her bag and helped her up the stairs of the aircraft and to her seat along with the young lady they both took great care of her and constantly checked on her to make sure she was okay and if she needed anything not to hesitate to contact them during the flight … but she says the male flight attendant ensured that when she landed she was looked after and ensured the ground staff at Rennes took great care of her. I too would like to pass on my gratitude and thanks to the crew on the flight sadly she cannot remember their names but I do hope that you can pass on my gratitude and thanks to them for taking care of my elderly mother and I hope that Stobart/Flybe will continue to employ the high calibre and quality staff that work these routes .

  2. Dear Sir/Madam
    I have recently travelled with Stobart Air on a FLYBE flight from SEN to DUB
    On the outward flight BE6251 on the 17th July which was over 6 hours late taking off and
    Return flight BE6258 on the 19th July 2018 which was over 3 hours late taking off.

    Needless to say I am disappointed not to receive the service I paid for. I spoke to FLYBE who said, the service is operated by yourselves and that they have forward details and you would contact me regarding my rights.

    I have not heard from you as yet. Please let me know what is being done to process my complaint.
