CAUSE FOR COMPLAINT:
We were charged 8800 rubles for our standard hand luggage (10 kg, 55x40x20 cm) at the UTAIR check-in desk at Vnukovo Airport, WHEN WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR OUR HAND LUGGAGE.
Before our flight, we had first contacted the Vnukovo International Airport webpage for Hand Luggage Regulations and had made sure that our hand luggage complied with the international standard regulations in weight and measures.
After our flight, we twice contacted UTAIR Customer Service by post and email and have had NO REPLY to our complaint. In our messages, we enclosed scanned copies of our purchase documents and receipts of payment.
Please, can you kindly request UTAIR Airlines Customer Service to give us a reply?
