    Please help.
    My luggage did not arrive in St. Martin yesterday (Jan 6th on Winair WM808) and there was only one agent with Winair in St Martin to file a baggage claim (underneath an umbrella/there are no offices), and that person indicated they could not file my claim electronically until later on Sunday which did not happen. Note my flight originated in Miami on Air France (AF619) thru Haiti connecting to Winair (WM808) onto St. Martin. Essentially, I do not believe my bags were unloaded from the Air France flight and delivered to Winair in Haiti…

    I have been trying to file a claim on line but I am not able to because of the way Air France is setup…It requires having an agent create the original file and there are no agents here…Actually the entire airport terminal is shut down/wrecked from the hurricane like the rest of the Island…My tools and personal belongings are missing (2 bags total) and I have been on hold all morning with Air France but they do not answer my phone call…I am on hold as of this writing…

    I have attached the WinAir irregularity report and my bag tag information. I do not believe Winair has created an electronic file as of Sunday night…24 hours later…All I have is paper.
    Please locate my bags….I am in St Martin until Tuesday January 9th.
